1. All exhibitors should submit their company profile before the deadline to be published in the Show Catalogue free of charge; Number of characters/words: Chinese-200 characters, English-100 words. Deadline for submitting: July 20, 2009

2. In order to preparing for admission badges, all exhibitors should submit the name list of working personnel on the exhibition floor before the deadline.
Information needed: company name, worker's name and position
Number of admission badges to be issued: 3 badges for each standard booth, or 3 badges for each 9 m sq of raw space. Deadline for submitting: July 20th, 2009
If the exhibitor fails to submit the necessary information before the deadline mentioned in the two items above, the Organizing Committee is entitled to refuse to provide the above services.

3. Exhibitors should arrive at the exhibition floor 20 minutes before the opening time every day.

4. Exhibitors should take care of their personal belongings. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any loss of such articles.

5. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the exhibition floor (except at the designated place).

6. Exhibitors should use properly and take care of the facilities of the venue, including all appliances in booths. If any damage occurs, the owner of the venue has the right to claim against exhibitors
